If you’re not completely satisfied, you can request a refund or exchange within 1 day of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return or exchange:

• The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition you received it.

• If the item has a defect or damage, please send clear photos of the product via WhatsApp before returning it. Our team will review your request and guide you through the next steps.

Please note:

• Returns or exchanges will not be accepted after 1 day from the delivery date.

• The customer is responsible for shipping costs in case of return or exchange (unless the product is defective).
